About the event

Day 1: Welcome to Breathtaking Victoria Falls! (Zimbabwe)

Upon your arrival, you will be met by your tour guide who will drive you to your hotel. After checking into your hotel, you will have time to freshen up, depending on your arrival time, you will then have lunch (at your own expense,) and choose from a wide variety of optional activities as you leisurely await your Zambezi River Sunset Cruise.

The Zambezi River Sunset Cruise is undoubtedly a wonderful way to relax. Sit back and take in the glorious glamour of the indomitable Zambezi River.

Be dazzled by the assemblage of birds gliding along the waterline as the sun twilights at the African Horizon.

The river and its banks offer superb game viewing of animals such as elephants, crocodiles, and hippos.

Overnight: Cresta Sprayview Victoria Falls 

Day 2: Take a Tour of Majestic Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

Today you're in for a real treat: a guided tour of the superbly nature-crafted Victoria Falls. One of the world's seven natural wonders. Its breathtaking beauty and grandeur have attracted millions of visitors over the years. Victoria Falls also known as "Mosi-oa-Tunya" meaning "the smoke that thunders" spans over 1,700 meters in width and drops about 108 meters into the gorge below. 

The raging waters of the Zambezi River will definitely leave you yearning for more as they outpour into the famous Batoka Gorge.

The whole tour will carry you through segments of the Victoria Falls rainforest to the cliffs opposite the titanic waterfall.

From that standpoint, you will be rewarded with unparalleled views of the main falls.

From this tour, you will then have lunch at any of the many options of restaurants close to the falls. After lunch, you will thenbe treated with a heavenly bird's eye view helicopter flight above the raging rapids. 

Conclude your day with a cultural dinner and drum show at The Boma Place of Eating (Optional).

Day 3: Adrenaline Activities & Shopping (Zambia) 

Get your blood pumping today with activities such as Devil's Pool, Zip Lining over the Zambezi, Gorge Swing into the mouth of the Batoka Gorge and Flying Fox. 

You will then have lunch at any of the many options of resturants close by and then go do some more adrenaline activities or enjoy  a local shopping experience.

Later, retire at your hotel and rest as you prepare for the next day's activities.

Day 4: Zambian Culture at the Livingstone Museum and Mukuni Village

Enjoy a road trip to the Livingstone Museum, Zambia's oldest and largest museum.

It houses the most comprehensive memorabilia of Dr. Livingstone including authentic maps and personal effects. It also provides insight into the cultural heritage and history of Zambia and the region at large.

After that, you will go back in time on a visit to Mukuni Village.

This is an eye-opening, inspiring, and educational activity. With a population of about 5000, Mukuni is an authentic village where the Leya people live.

During the tour, you will learn about their livelihood, culture, and see Chief Mukuni's Palace. You can also prearrange to have a taste of the traditional food and beer.

There is a market here so don't forget to bring extra cash to buy some gifts to take home.

Day 5: Transfer to Botswana

After Breakast, get aboard for a road trip to Botswana. Along the way, you will get to enjoy magnificent views of the African landscape, filled with vast grasslands, rolling hills, and maybe even some wildlife sightings. The journey will also take you past pictureque villages, local; villages, and rivers flowing through terrain. Be sure to have your camera ready to capture the beauty of the journey and create unforgattable memories. 

On arrival in Botswana, you will have lunch and later enjoy a Sunset Cruise on Chobe River, if nature allows, you view big cats and elephants in the Chobe National Park. Chobe National Park is located in the North-East of Botswana, along the Chobe River and bordering Namibia’s Caprivi Strip, it is an area where the countries of Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Namibia meet.

Overnight: Chobe Safari Safari Lodge 

Day 6: Explore Chobe National Park (Botswana) 

Your day safari begins bright and early, as the park is most alive during the early hours of the morning. After a comfortable transportation from your accommodation, you will arrive at one of the park's designated safari vehicles. These open roofed vehicles provide an excellent vantage view point, allowing for clear views of the park's stunning landscapes and magnificent wildlife. 

As the expert safari guide drives you through the park, be prepared to immerse yourself in the raw beauty of the African wilderness. It wont take long for the park's wildlife to showcase their presence. From graceful giraffes and majestic lions to zebras and antelopes, there is abundance of animals to spot along the way. 

You will then have a short break for a bush lunch and then proceed for another game drive in the afternoon. 

After a fulfilling day of exploring the park and capturing incredible moments on your camera, your safari will conclude witha relaxing transfer back to your accommodation. 

Overnight: Chobe Safari Safari Lodge 

Day 7: Go Souvenir Shopping (Botswana) 

Depending on your onward travel arrangements, you'll still have the chance to do other early morning activities.

This may be a perfect opportunity to visit the local market before you depart.

Finally, get transferred to the airport to head home.
